Tammy Bower, COA
Office Manager, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)
Tammy brings more than 20 years of ophthalmology experience to our practice. Originally from Greenville, Tennessee, she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. She has also joined Dr. Mihok on medical mission trips to Honduras through Surgeons For Sight.

Outside the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 30 years, their two adult children, and her beloved granddaughter. Her experience, compassion, and dedication make her a valued part of our practice.

Erika, COA
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) & Surgery Coordinator
Erika is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant who has been a valued member of our practice for three years. She brings knowledge, warmth, and one of the most vibrant personalities to our team. Her friendly and reassuring nature helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they meet her, and she works hard to make every visit feel welcoming, relaxed, and positive.

Outside the office, Erika enjoys reading, visiting museums, and watching movies. Her curiosity, enthusiasm, and genuine care for others make her an important and much-loved part of our practice.

Megan, COA
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)
Megan is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant who has been a valued member of Dr. Mihok’s team for more than three years. Her ophthalmology experience, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and has a passion for roller derby. Her energy, determination, and positive attitude make her a wonderful part of our practice.

Kelly, COA
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)
Kelly is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and the newest member of our team. Her clinical precision, commitment to patient education, and warm personality help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Kelly has a fascination with primates and dreams of caring for a monkey one day. She also enjoys a good nap to stay recharged and ready to provide excellent care.

Medical Receptionist
Robin
Originally from Elizabethton, Tennessee, Robin serves as our Medical Receptionist. Her cheerful personality, attention to detail, and commitment to respectful communication help patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they contact our office.

Outside the office, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and many beloved pets. She also loves reading, crafting, and hosting festive gatherings for her family.
Laura
Medical Receptionist
Originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Laura is one of the first friendly faces patients see when they visit our office. Her kind heart, patience, and compassionate nature help patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and is an avid PC gamer. Her warm personality and genuine care for others make her a wonderful part of our practice.
